Siani Johnson, a native of Kalamazoo MI, is a three time Emmy Award and three time Telly award winning editor. She holds an MFA in Film and Digital Technology from Chatham University. Her most recent editing work includes  A Flower That Lives Forever which is featured in the Australian Center for Contemporary Art in the exhibition Tourmaline: Transcendent and The Choosing Joy Podcast featuring Tabitha Brown.

In addition to her editing achievements, Siani is actively involved in the nonprofit sector, dedicating her expertise as an editor to Black Girls Film Camp (BGFC). BGFC is a free national program dedicated to helping teenage Black girls in creating their own short films.

​When Siani isn’t editing you can find her spending time with her dogs or reading a good book.
